Emissary is available for private and semi-private events. Below is everything you need to know to get started — and we're always happy to talk through the details directly.

How many guests can you accommodate?

We can host up to 50–60 guests depending on the layout. Our space is best suited for a cocktail-style event rather than a seated dinner — unless the group is smaller and more intimate, typically under 20 guests.
What beverages do you offer?

Our full espresso bar, craft beer, and a curated selection of natural and family-owned wines are all available. We don't offer spirits, but we're happy to accommodate you if you'd like to bring your own.Estimated average: $25–$40 per person, or on consumption with minimum
What about food?

We offer a small menu of bar snacks and small plates, plus an artisanal cheese and charcuterie selection. With 7–10 days advance notice, we can add more substantial hot items — pastas, seafood, and other small-plate options. Private vs. semi-private — what's the difference?

Parties of 24 or more require a private space buyout. On Fridays and Saturdays, the space fee ranges from $1,500–$2,500 for a standard 2.5-hour event.

For semi-private events, a minimum spend applies based on guest count. You'll have a large reserved space, though some regular business may continue during your event.
How does billing work?

Event pricing excludes tax and gratuity. We can bill a single host or split across several hosts. We're also happy to accommodate individual tabs — please note that gratuity will be automatically applied in that case.
Music, décor, and the space itself?

We're happy to move furniture in or out of the space within reason — keep in mind the marble is heavy. DJs are welcome, or bring your own playlist and we'll handle the rest. Decorations, flowers, and personal touches are always welcome — just let us know in advance so we have time to set up or clear the space properly.
